We observed a highly significant increase of the mean AUC 0–3 h of etoposide (19970 μg/l × h) when mice were treated with etoposide + STI571 + fluconazole (48960 μg/l × h), as compared to either etoposide + STI571 (38380 μg/l × h) or etoposide + fluconazole (23680 μg/l × h) combinations (p = 0.0003)(Figure 2A ).
