Cytotoxic T cell response to minor histocompatibility antigens: apparent lack of H-2 restriction in killers stimulated by membrane fragments.

Most of the responses are on the plateau of the killing curve and are therefore an underestimate of the actual killing potential. It was felt that such responses would bias the results against observing a lack of H-2 restriction, and that competition by cold B10 would therefore be highly significant. :~Nylon wool-passed.
