A more likely explanation is that IL-7 promotes the survival and slow growth of specifically acti- vated T cells, and a high proportion of antitumor CTL gener- ated from DLN are capable of functioning in vivo. The potential implications of the results of this study for the immunotherapeutic treatment of cancer may be significant.
