The adduct levels in the RADPLAT 100 schedule were statistically significantly higher than those after the CERVIX 40 schedule for both tumors (Student t -test, P = 0.01) and normal tissues (Student t -test, P < 0.01). A highly significant linear correlation (Pearson correlation, r = 0.93, P <0.001, n = 61) was observed between the level of GG and AG adducts in WBC (see Fig. 1 a), with a mean ratio of GG/AG adducts of 7.6 ± 2.1 SD.
