We did not find evidence to suggest differences in pregnancy history or labor and delivery characteristics between cases and the sub-cohort with the exception of a marginally significant decreased risk for AML associated with less than adequate prenatal care (HR = 0.57, 95% CI 0.33–1.0) and an increased AML risk associated with maternal gestational weight gain of 30 or more pounds (HR = 2.59, 95% CI 1.27–5.31) based on few cases.
