Results and discussion Cold acclimation and FLN Analysis of variance for final leaf number (FLN) and LT 50 showed that genotype, acclimation period, and the genotype×acclimation period interaction were highly significant ( P <0.001) for both variables indicating that there were important genotypic differences in the magnitude and patterns of the LT responses.
