Taken together with the results of the ratio and fractional length analyses, the results suggest that the DE-paired group has a generalized reduction in the total length, density, or complexity of the axonal projection in the supragranular regions with a particularly prominent and highly significant reduction in the projection toward the deprived C-row columns.
