While the Selective Reminding Test did not change significantly on Sativex, placebo patients displayed unexpected improvement. Slight improvements were observed in Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scales depression and anxiety scores were noted with Sativex in MS patients with central neuropathic pain ( Rog et al 2005 ), although not quite statistically significant.
