We replicated the angry-neutral contrast marginal correlation between behavioural and brain data in the GPi ( r 2 = .33, p = .06), and additionally found a marginally significant angry-neutral contrast correlation in the right FFA ( r 2 = .29, p = .09) suggesting perhaps some role of this face processing region in the angry vs. neutral benefit.
