Analysis of the connectivity of the novel genes led to the identification of IL7R , whose relevance was supported by converging observations; IL7R' s interactions included two signature genes for Th1 and Th2 activation, namely IFNG and IL4R [ 21 ]; the expression levels of IL7R showed highly significant decreases in the allergen-challenged CD4 + cells which were reversed by treatment with corticosteroids.
