We observed that untreated cells had no significant DNA-PK bound to the DNA, but a moderate signal was detected in EMT-6 cells after 10 μM DCQ or 10 Gy IR, and a highly significant increase in the active DNA-PK level was induced in response to DCQ+IR (Figure 3C ).
