Improved scores on attitude (β = 0.15 (95%CI = 0.02 - 0.27)), intention (β = 0.09 (95%CI = 0.04 - 0.13)) and knowledge (β = 0.03 (95%CI = -0.00 - 0.06) were significantly related to wearing more often protective equipment during organized sport activities, although this latter association was borderline significant (table 2 , column 5).
