1,25(OH) 2 D3 and 20,23(OH) 2 D3 were the most effective in inhibiting proliferation of K562 human myeloid leukemia while slightly lower (p<0.05) but highly significant inhibition was seen for 20(OH)D3 (p<0.01) ( Fig. 2B ) ( Table S1B ). 1,20(OH) 2 D3 and pL were least potent, and 7DHP, 20(OH)7DHP and 20(OH)pD had no effect on these cells ( Table S1B ).
