After adjustment of known breast cancer predictors and other associated risk factors, the inverse association of somatotype at age seven years with breast cancer remained highly significant (Table 2 ; OR comparing large to lean somatotype at age seven years = 0.73, 95% CI = 0.58 to 0.91, P trend = 0.004).

The sentences
The protective effect of a larger somatotype was found to be significant ( P trend < 0.05) for ER-negative, PR-positive and PR-negative subtypes and marginally significant ( P trend = 0.062) for the ER-positive subtype.
