We focused on associations that met statistical significance after Benjamini and Hochberg correction to account for multiple comparisons ( P -value <0.05, after correction based on 6 skin cancers subtypes × 12 autoimmune conditions=72 tests) ( Keselman et al , 2002 ), but we also present uncorrected 95%CIs for ORs that indicate associations of borderline significance (uncorrected P -value <0.05).
