Location had a marginally nonsignificant main effect on central O 2 (higher in the Antarctic than in the NE Pacific), but the interaction between Location and Flow was highly significant ( Table 2 ), reflecting that temperate egg masses showed much larger declines in central oxygen in still water than in bubbled ( Fig. 1 ).
