Based on the trajectories (0, 1.169, 0.620, and 0.241, respectively for Group I; Group II; Group III, and Group IV) which are highly significant (p<0.001) at all the time intervals, the data suggests that progression of lens abnormalities and maturation of cataract due to STZ-induced hyperglycemia were significantly delayed with feeding of ginger in a dose dependent manner ( Figure 1B ).
