The physician’s office was the only ambulatory care setting which experienced a decline in antimicrobial prescribing rates for persons > 15 years (–24%; p<0.001), while an increasing trend was seen in outpatient departments (+35%; [is a p missing?]=0.002), and no change was observed in emergency departments ( Figure 4 ).
