The analysis of variance test [ Table 5 ] implies that the differences between the two study groups according to the type of surgical dissection, sharp and blunt, in the total amount of Nalbufen used for control of postoperative pain as an indication of the severity of postoperative pain, were highly significant all through the postoperative follow-up time, being significantly less in group I.
