Using a single-voxel threshold of p = 0.005, a cluster connection radius of 5.1 mm, and Gaussian smoothing at 6 mm, it was calculated that activation clusters exceeding 17 contiguous voxels (in original space) could be considered significant at a corrected cluster-wise threshold of p < 0.01.
