One study [ 15 ] with a low risk of bias, reported on work-readiness and found a highly significant difference between the multidisciplinary intervention and the exercise intervention; 75% of the patients in the multidisciplinary group achieved work-readiness at 4 months compared to 42% in the active treatment group.
