With the use of these QMA-based single-mutant fitness estimation and interaction scoring options, there was an increasing trend in the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient between all the three datasets, when compared to the original double-mutant fitness measurements or the reference scoring approaches, especially when the adjusted QMA setting was used for the positive interactions (Figure 2 ).
