After the third injection, the mean IOP dropped from 41.45 ± 5.89 mmHg preoperatively to 19.3 ± 5.5 mmHg at 6 months and 17.75 ± 3.74 mmHg at 12 months postoperatively, consecutively; the change at 6 and 12 months is highly significant with a P value of 0.001 for both.
