The 52 targets with high cancer cytostatic scores contain 8 out of 24 known targets of the 14 FDA-approved metabolic anticancer drugs found in DrugBank ( Wishart et al, 2008 ) ( Supplementary Tables S1, S2 and S5 ), representing a highly significant enrichment (hypergeometric P -value <6 × 10 −7 ), testifying to predictive power of the model.
