While our observation that cancer cells displayed changes in the level of multiple histone-modifying enzymes rather than changes in a particular enzyme seems frustrating at first sight, the observed highly significant correlations in the levels of different enzymes gives a promise that targeting one enzyme will be sufficient to change cancer cell properties.
