Interestingly, whereas the entire set of genes up-regulated in the mouse tumors did not have a predictive power (see above, Table 1 and Table S4 ), the subset of genes that were up-regulated in both mouse and human tumors showed marginally significant predictive power ( Table 2 , Table S7 ).
