The tree demonstrated 63 out of 125 Hong Kong sequences (50.4%) were scattered among each other while the other 62 sequences were separated into 3 highly significant transmission clusters (Cluster 1,2 and 3) with posterior probabilities equal to 1 and more than 5 members ( Figure 1 ).
