Phase II trials in melanoma demonstrate dose-dependent responsiveness In a Phase II dose-finding study of ipilimumab in metastatic melanoma, responses were noted in a dose-dependent fashion when ipilimumab was dosed at 0.3 mg/kg, 3 mg/kg, and 10 mg/kg every 3 weeks for four doses and analyzed using a statistical trend test. 26 Ipilimumab was noted to be clinically active at doses of 3 mg/kg and higher.
