Our study too came up with a conclusion that thrombolytic therapy is efficacious based on the outcome scores of NIHSS and mRS; our treatment is significant with an NIHSS mean value of prevalue and postvalue after both 24 hours and even during discharge and the mean values of thrombolysis after 24 hours (before 14.0 and after 9.89) were highly significant; a mean discharge score was also obtained (before 14.0 and after 5.1); there were drastic improvements in the scores, and treatment was beneficial as it was studied in STARS [ 10 ].
