A highly significant deceleration was consistently observed in more disabled pMS with an EDSS 2.5–3.5 and 4.0–6.0 ( Figure 2A ), a MrWD between 500 and 4000 m ( Figure 2B ) or Kurtzke FS scores at 2 or 3 in the pyramidal, cerebellar or sensitive systems ( Figure 2C, 2D and 2E , respectively).
