The association of ARID4B with reduced DMFS was also highly significant among ER-positive patients not receiving adjuvant therapy ( Figure 8C–8D ), indicating that ARID4B expression level plays a significant role in the natural metastatic progression of ER-positive breast cancer in human patients and its relevance is not confined solely to our mouse model systems.
