Kallikrein-related peptidase 6(int) patients showed a 3.7-fold (95% CI: 1.7–8.0) increased risk compared with KLK6(−) patients and KLK6(high) an 6.5-fold (95% CI: 3.2–13.3) increased risk, both found to be statistically highly significant ( Table 1 ).
