Within the study cohort, the favorable impact of dMMR ( vs pMMR) on OS was of borderline statistical significance after adjustment for covariates (HR 0.49; 95% CI 0.22 to 1.11; P = .064), but was highly significant in the parent cohort (HR 0.61; 95% CI 0.42 to 0.89; P = .0066).
