Based on the fact that we were able to demonstrate a highly significant effect of Exposure Time, thus replicating a finding which was reported by Wichmann and colleagues [10] , we believe that the paradigm we used in Experiment 1 was powerful enough to detect relevant modulations of recognition performance.
