As shown in the graphs to the right, the shift towards CD19 + B-cells in the miRNA-expressing mice was significant in the kshv-miR-K12-11 mouse cohort, with 72% (+/−19%) CD19 + cells, and highly significant in hsa-miR-155 mice with 75% (+/−12%) CD19 + cells, relative to 55% (+/−14%) CD19 + cells in the control mice.
