All of the aforestated difficulties encountered in the choice of the free parameters necessary to compute the two blinding indexes become even more obvious, practically significant and complex as the questionnaire becomes more detailed (for example by using a 9-tier feedback or by asking the participants to rate the confidence of their response on a scale of 1 to 10, say).
