After controlling for multiple comparisons, the dominant genetic models for the two CCL5 SNPs (rs2107538, rs3817655) remained significant with false-discovery rates (FDR) ≤ 0.0150; whereas, the recessive genetic model for CCR5 rs1799988 was marginally significant (FDR = 0.0494).
