Light perceived physical exertion became borderline significant for improving the prognosis for recovery from long-term pain in the low back at follow-up (OR 1.35, 95% CI 0.95 – 1.91), and remained significant for the neck/shoulders (OR 1.74, 95% CI 1.32 – 2.31).
