Thus, the apoptotic bodies were decreased with a range of 1-10/10 HPFs and mean number of 3.467/10 HPFs, while apoptotic bodies were increased in exposure group with a range of 5-17/10 HPFs and mean number of 11.6/10HPFs [Figures 6a – c ], with a P -value of 0.0001 (according to F test), which indicated a highly significant difference of both groups, in mean number of apoptotic bodies and its role in reducing tumor development by antioxidants administration in treatment group and enhanced tumor development due to effect of chronic UVB irradiation in exposure group.
