After 12 weeks of treatment with RVX 208, 150 mg twice daily, a highly significant change from baseline and 13.4% change compared with placebo was observed in the quartile of patients with the lowest plasma Aβ 40 levels at baseline, which is known to increase the risk for developing AD.
