ETRs showed values close to significance for mean genetic distance but differences were significant when Shannon entropy was analyzed between pre and 5m post-therapy (mean genetic distance - baseline: 0.01475 vs 5m: 0.005916; p=0.06 ; Shannon entropy – baseline: 0.017425 vs 5m: 0.011125; p=0.03 ) (Figure 2 C).
