Compared with neighbourhoods categorised as low-income inequality and low-income deprivation, model 4 shows that living in high-inequality and low-deprivation neighbourhoods was associated with better mental health, although the estimate was of borderline significance ( P = 0.036) and the overall fit of the model was not significantly better than the previous model 3 (difference in the deviance 4.6, P = 0.2).
