Although there was no significant association of S3, S5 or S29 with SCZ for the full US cohort or low antipsychotics dosage subgroup, for the high dosage subgroup significant associations of S5 ( Table 4 ; p = 0.034) as well as S5–S29 haplotype ( Table 3 ; p = 0.034) with SCZ were observed, as well as an evident trend that the p -values of association were lower in the high dosage subgroup than in the low dosage subgroup.
