Clinical outcome after IMSI procedure in an unselected infertile population: a pilot study.

As shown by the subgroup analysis, IMSI did not prove superior to ICSI in terms of laboratory and clinical results, even though a positive trend for better fertilization, implantation, pregnancy and live birth rates was detected in the severe male factor infertility subgroup when IMSI was applied.
