After 6 weeks of experimental period, the rats in HC group which fed a high-cholesterol diet exhibited an increasing trend in body weight compared with control group which fed a normal diet, but not yet reached to statistical significance (441.9 ± 16.3 vs . 415.7 ± 30.1 g, p = 0.070).
