Upregulation of genes within the cluster became highly significant at time point 3 (day 6) which corresponded with the first detection of large quantities of cyclosporin in the culture filtrate by LC-MS and were consistently and strongly upregulated at time points 4, 5, and 6 that also showed an HPLC peak for CsA ( Figure 6 , S6 , Table S5 ).
