A slight trend towards a decrease in both systolic and diastolic mean blood pressure was observed from the baseline visit to the 3-month visit at the 1000 hours time point for patients from the BBFC group (5.3 mm Hg systolic decrease and 2.8 mm Hg diastolic decrease) and the brimonidine group (3.8 mm Hg systolic decrease and 1.9 mm Hg diastolic decrease).
