Clinically, patients with GOF mutations showed a higher frequency of platinum resistance (22/58, 37.9%) than patients with NE-GOF mutations (12/56, 21.4%), and a lower frequency of platinum sensitivity (36/58, 62.1%) than patients with NE-GOF mutations (44/56, 78.6%), although this was marginally significant ( p =0.054) ( Figure 3A ).
