Estimates of genealogical sorting index (gsi) were highly significant (all p-values < 0.02) for each nuclear locus across all six evolutionary units as defined by phylogenetic inferences and Bayesian clustering analysis, and across loci within those units, ranging from 0.55 to 1.0, and from 0.89 to 1.0, respectively ( Table 3 ).
