Using baseline, non-treated samples as reference forskolin was able to reduce RGS18 binding to 14-3-3 by 2.6-fold in cells expressing RGS18 alone (first two bars in Figure 5F ), 3.7-fold in cells expressing RGS18 and spinophilin (bars 3, 4), 25-fold in cells expressing RGS18 and PP1 (bars 5, 6), and 21-fold in cells expressing all three proteins which was highly significant (bars 7, 8).
